Halitosis commonly known as “Bad Breath” is the biggest turn off for any individual.

- Mind what you eat.
Certain foods, such as garlic or onions, contribute to bad breath. Until the body processes these food, the odour remains so there’s no quick fix.

After every meal swish your mouth with plain water to get rid of any particles attached to the teeth and emit foul breath.
